Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Diagnose faults in cooling and air conditioning systems, determine the necessary corrective actions, and perform repairs according to technical standards
• Procure, install, and commission cooling and air conditioning systems according to company specifications and regulatory authorities
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and repair faults in air conditioning units, compressors, condensers, and piping to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Document all works with precise technical forms and service reports and submit them to supervisors according to approved procedures
• Handle spare parts, estimate maintenance needs, and monitor inventories to ensure required parts are available in a timely manner
• Adhere to occupational health and safety and environmental standards and ensure safety procedures are applied during all fieldwork
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and provide the necessary technical advice to maintain equipment

Qualifications and Requirements

• Three-year diploma in Cooling and Air Conditioning or related Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Practical experience of 3 to 5 years in cooling and air conditioning, preferably on maintenance and service projects
• Familiarity with low- and medium-pressure cooling systems, understanding of central air conditioning systems and air handling units
• Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics related to cooling and air conditioning systems
• Ability to read schematics, technical drawings, and technical documents
• Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours when needed
