Role Description The Sales Administrative role is a full-time, on-site position based in 6th of October, supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include preparing sales documentation, contracts, and proposals, maintaining accurate customer records and databases, and coordinating meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, routing communications, and ensuring timely responses to support a smooth sales process. The Sales Administrative professional will also assist with basic sales reporting, monitoring payments and invoices, and collaborating with finance and operations teams to help ensure that deals are processed efficiently and in line with company policies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to support sales reporting, data tracking, and performance monitoring. Candidates should possess proven Administrative Assistance capabilities, including documentation handling, scheduling, and database management. Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to support invoice tracking, payment follow-up, and coordination with finance teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM tools, email and calendar applications). Ability to work on-site in 6th of October, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate within a fast-paced real estate development environment. Previous experience in sales support, administration, or real estate is an advantage; relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or related field is preferred.
