Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations & Management Manager to oversee the provisioning and management of technology environments and core infrastructure. In this role, you will support the operation of staging, production, and data center environments, manage core infrastructure services, and ensure availability, resilience, capacity, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage staging, production, and data center environments.
• Host testing environments for systems.
• Manage and operate data centers.
• Manage and operate core infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
• Manage core servers and operating systems.
• Manage and operate storage and backup systems.
• Ensure availability, resilience, and capacity across all environments.
• Oversee backup execution, recovery readiness, and disaster recovery capabilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years of experience.

• Experience provisioning and managing staging, production, and data center environments.
• Experience hosting testing environments for systems.
• Experience managing and operating data centers.
• Experience managing core infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks.
• Experience managing core servers and operating systems.
• Experience managing storage and backup systems.
• Experience ensuring infrastructure availability, resilience, and capacity.
• Experience with backup execution, recovery readiness, and disaster recovery capabilities.
