• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (internal and external). 

• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business strategy and operational decisions. 

• Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling to identify growth opportunities. 

• Collaborate with product and business teams to provide actionable insights that optimize user experience, revenue, and operational efficiency. 

• Monitor KPIs and metrics related to customer behavior, product performance, and financial operations. 

• Support data governance, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS). 

• Assist in automating data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency. 

• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, making complex data actionable. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in fintech, banking, payments, or financial services. 

• Experience working with financial datasets and understanding key financial metrics. 

• Proven experience in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence. 

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. 

• Strong knowledge of Excel, Python, or R for data analysis. 

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. 

• Understanding data modeling, ETL processes, and database systems. 

• Knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques.
