Position Overview Job Title : Sales Manager Department : Sales Management Reports To : CEO Employment Type : Full-Time Experience Required : +10 Years Industry : Hospitality & Tourism Job type: On-Site Location: Mohandseen , Giza Key Responsibilities· Business Development: Actively prospect, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and tour operators.· Account Acquisition & Growth: Actively hunt for and open new accounts while establishing solid relationships to drive initial sales and future business.· Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and market supply/demand to identify new revenue opportunities.· Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue Management and Food & Beverage (F&B) teams to optimize pricing strategy and maximize yield per room/event space.· Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, monthly activity reports, and track production of managed accounts using the property’s CRM/PMS.· Site Inspections: Conduct professional property tours and tastings for potential clients to showcase capabilities. Job Requirements & Qualifications:· Experience: +5 years of B2B sales experience specifically within Hotels, Cruise, or hospitality groups is a Must· Knowledge: Deep understanding of hospitality distribution channels, GDS, and Revenue Management principles.· Proven ability to set clear, realistic KPIs for sales executives, track their pipelines, and conduct effective performance reviews.· Experience in training junior sales staff on closing techniques, negotiation tactics, and proper account management protocols.· The capability to lead and align diverse internal teams (Banquets, Front Office, and Revenue) to ensure seamless execution of high-profile group bookings.
