AKSA is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to support the growth of its operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sales function, expanding AKSA’s customer base, building strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants and distributors, and achieving revenue and profitability targets across the Saudi market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales plans for AKSA’s UPVC windows, doors and related solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the KSA market. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, distributors and key accounts. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and quotation to negotiation, contract closure and collection. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market updates. Monitor competitors, pricing trends and customer requirements. Coordinate with technical, operations, logistics and finance teams to ensure accurate quotations and timely delivery. Protect approved profit margins and ensure compliance with pricing and discount policies. Follow up on collections and support the management of customer credit accounts. Represent AKSA professionally in client meetings, exhibitions and industry events. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field. 5–7 years of experience in a similar sales role. Proven experience in the UPVC, windows, doors, building materials or construction solutions sector. Strong background in B2B, project sales and key account management. Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills. Ability to prepare forecasts, manage sales pipelines and achieve commercial targets. Good command of Arabic and English. Willingness to travel within the Kingdom as required.
