Job Summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Technical Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned professional with deep BTP expertise across integration, extension, and application development. The role also involves contributing to data science and AI/ML initiatives within the SAP ecosystem as a complementary, secondary capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of solutions on SAP BTP, including application development, integration, and platform extensions.
• Architect and implement solutions leveraging core BTP services (SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, Build – CAP/RAP, SAP HANA Cloud).
• Define technical design and governance standards for BTP environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Drive integration between SAP and non-SAP systems using APIs, events, and connectivity services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality oversight to development teams.
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to data science and AI/ML initiatives on the platform where required, supporting analytics-driven and intelligent application capabilities.
