We foster a teamwork culture with room for individual development Please visit https://siemensneo.com/disw/ About the role we are seeking an expert CX Operations Analyst who will work in close partnership with the CX Operations Manager to develop and run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures by region ensuring that the team is both innovative and compliant. Responsibilities Support the short and long term transition plans for the CX Operations team EMEA operational systems, tools and processes across the organization which support the overall transition and standup activity Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders (i.e., HRBP, Recruiters, etc.) Work on Global TA Projects ( Hiresync360) Assist with vendor partnerships to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans and acquire data to support recruitment activities May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Workday, Avature). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required. Working at Siemens Software Why us? Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this position is USD 21,800 to USD 41,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
