Key Responsibilities:Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met Provide constructive feedback and coaching opportunities to agents Identify performance gaps and support continuous improvement plans Prepare quality reports and track team performance trends Ensure compliance with company and client policies
Requirements:Fluency in French and English (B2/C1) Previous experience in Quality Assurance within BPO/Call Center is preferred Strong communication and analytical skills Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Flexibility with rotational shifts
