Continuously monitor stock levels
Conduct periodic inventory (daily / weekly / monthly)
Match actual quantities with the system
Enter and update inventory data in systems
Prepare periodic reports on inventory status
Analyze item movements (fast-moving / stagnant)
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for replenishment
Coordinate with the Sales Department to forecast demand
Monitor purchase and supply orders
Monitor product expiry (if any)
Reduce waste and shrinkage in inventory
Organize and arrange the warehouse according to standards (FIFO / LIFO)
Use barcode systems and inventory management
Track discrepancies and investigate them
Comply with the company's storage policies and procedures
