Role Description The Tour Operator role at Marca Tours is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. The Tour Operator will manage daily tour operations, including planning itineraries, coordinating transportation and accommodations, and ensuring that excursions run smoothly. Responsibilities include handling bookings and reservations, confirming services with suppliers, and providing accurate information to travelers before and during their trips. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting guests throughout their journeys. The Tour Operator will also collaborate with the sales team to promote tour packages and contribute to continuous improvement of services and guest experiences. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Travel & Tourism, particularly within Egypt. Proficiency in organizing and managing Guided Tours, including itineraries and on-ground logistics. Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to support and assist travelers in a professional manner. Experience handling Reservations and coordinating with hotels, transport providers, and other suppliers. Sales skills to promote tour packages, upsell services, and contribute to revenue growth. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (such as Arabic or other major tourist languages) is an advantage. Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Relevant diploma or degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. Ability to work on-site in Giza, including weekends or holidays as required by tour schedules.
