Role Description The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza. In this position, the representative will proactively contact potential clients, follow up on leads, and present Uptown October Developments’ residential and commercial offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, scheduling and attending client meetings, providing property information, and guiding prospects through the sales process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate information, updating CRM systems, and preparing regular reports on sales activities and performance. The representative is expected to build strong client relationships, meet sales targets, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Outbound Sales skills, with proven ability to manage high volumes of client outreach and follow-up. Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and address client needs clearly and confidently. Relevant experience in real estate, property development, or a related sales environment is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed defined sales goals. Comfort with CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting on sales activities and outcomes. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required; equivalent experience is valued.
