Job description
Manage and develop the spare parts sales network within a designated geographic territory by maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective field coverage across workshops, retailers, and distributors.
Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and expand the spare parts dealer and distributor network within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit existing and potential customers (workshops, retailers, distributors) on a regular schedule to promote product lines and generate orders.
Negotiate commercial terms, resolve operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across the territory.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market movements and report findings to management on a weekly basis.
Submit accurate sales reports and demand forecasts for the assigned territory.
Ensure full geographic coverage and identify untapped market opportunities (white spaces).
Follow up on order deliveries, payments, and collections to maintain healthy receivables.
Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in the automotive spare parts or aftermarket industry.
Strong negotiation and territory planning skills Proficiency in CRM tools Good understanding of the local automotive market and competitor landscape Good in English and Arabic verbal and written.
