• Lead landscape projects from concept stage through completion.

• Capable of reviewing IFC/tender drawings, coordinating with MEP/architectural drawings, and developing coordinated shop drawings accordingly.

• Previous experience with a renowned design consultancy or real estate developer is highly valued.

• Experience in residential projects is a pulse.

• Develop and present creative and technically sound landscape design concepts that align with project goals, client expectations, and industry standards.

• Collaborate efficiently with other teams, including engineering, and urban designers.

• Conduct through reviews of design deliverables to ensure high-quality, accurate, and innovative solutions.

• Produce working drawings and detailing for landscape projects.

• BOQ and Quantity survey for tendering purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture Engineering.

• 4-8 years of experience as a landscape Engineer.

• Hotels & Real-estate experience is a Must.

• Proficient in Autodesk applications.

• Strong detailing skills for all the landscape disciplines (Hardscape & Softscape, etc.)

• Familiarity with landscape construction methods, materials, and site implementation processes.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
