Develop and Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) 2. Lead the auditing procedures in both quality control and the environmental management system (Internal and External) 3. Lead Quality Assurance Activities (Define quality objectives and KPIs, Monitor process effectiveness and product quality performance 4. Lead continuous improvement programs across all factory departments to enhance product quality, process efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction through worldwide standards 5. Participate in the auditing and the evaluating of any new supplier related to the production sector. 6. Lead the continuous quality control improvement activities to achieve the company’s quality control goal. 7. Promote and maintain the operation of the ISO system management and assist the management in handling any quality related evaluation work. 8. Cooperate with the customer’s audit stakeholders and review the quality issues raised by the customer and implement a counter measurement and confirm the effects of its implementation. 9. Ensure Regulatory and Compliance Requirements (Maintain compliance with customer requirements and applicable regulations, Coordinate risk assessments and quality reviews, Support certification and recertification activities) 10. Handle any customers complaints regarding any abnormalities that might occur and form an NCR Report about it.

Requirements

1-Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a general business diploma is a plus. 2-Certified Lead Auditor & ISO 13845 is a must.

Experience: 6-9 years of experience in same field or electronics manufacturing field 2 years in the same position

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft office or related software, using ERP is a plus

Language: Excellent in English is a must.
