Job Details

  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement and monitor all HR activities and initiatives.

  • Follow up the strategy and methodology about CVs screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc.

  • Participate in new hire onboarding process to ensure employees understanding of company benefits.

  • Review and update organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.

  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

  • Participate in all HR functions and activities such as recruitment, training & Development, performance management, and follow up Satisfactionsurveys to monitor employees’ satisfaction.

  • Help HR team in arranging trips, special events and recreation activities for the staff.

  • Record and manage the attendance, work system activities and documents of both sphinx employees and the outsourced team.

  • Cooperate in the implementation/ maintenance of Human Resource ERP (SAP) System.

  • Marinating employee’s records related to attendance, leaves & database.

  • Maintain employee’s data filling system, hard & soft copies.

  • Develop HR related analytical reports as required.

  • Maintain and follow up medical & Life insurance files for employees, including addition, deletion, invoices, employees’ claims and reimbursement process.

  • Communicate with the bank to follow up opening bank account for new hire and closing bank account at end of service of leaving employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field-HR Diploma is a preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HRM.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee relations.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

  • Excellent command of English language.
