  • Overview: Spearhead the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic planning to successful onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates and hiring managers.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs.

    • Leverage various recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

    • Enhance our employer brand to position us as a top employer of choice.

    • Mentor and guide a team of recruiters (if applicable) to achieve recruitment targets.

    • Utilize data and analytics to optimize recruitment processes and improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.

Requirements

  • Required Skills:

    • Exceptional proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

    • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

    • Demonstrated expertise in Recruitment and advanced Talent Acquisition strategies.

    • Previous experience in the Restaurants/Food & Beverage industry is a must.

    • Superior Interviewing skills, including behavioral and situational interviewing techniques.

    • Strong capabilities in Candidate Sourcing and leveraging various recruitment platforms.

    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.

    • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.

    • Strong Negotiation and influencing abilities.

    • Ability to perform Data Analysis to inform recruitment strategies.

    • Experience in Employer Branding initiatives.

    • Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Team Leadership.
