Requirements
Required Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and practices.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
Demonstrated expertise in Recruitment and advanced Talent Acquisition strategies.
Previous experience in the Restaurants/Food & Beverage industry is a must.
Superior Interviewing skills, including behavioral and situational interviewing techniques.
Strong capabilities in Candidate Sourcing and leveraging various recruitment platforms.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong Negotiation and influencing abilities.
Ability to perform Data Analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
Experience in Employer Branding initiatives.
Proven ability in Strategic Planning and Team Leadership.
