Role Description The Team Lead at Slots Logistics is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Jizah, Egypt. The person in this role oversees day-to-day operations within a designated area, ensuring workflows run smoothly and performance targets are met. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and coordinating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely handling of goods. The Team Lead supports and guides team members, provides training and feedback, and promotes adherence to safety, quality, and company policies. This role also involves tracking operational metrics, identifying process improvements, and communicating issues or updates to management in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks effectively, and manage performance. Solid organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in day-to-day operations. Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Al Jizah, Egypt and adapt to a fast-paced, physically active environment. Comfort with basic digital tools and operational software used for inventory, scheduling, and reporting. Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement of processes. Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, business, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
