Job Responsibilities:1、Responsible for Telecom communication engineering construction company sourcing, certification2、Responsible for the engineering project delivery process of subcontractors management: including POs,settlement and payment, problem handling, etc.3、Ensure the enough subcontractor teams resource for Project implementation.
Job Qualifications:1、Arabic and English(chinese is better)2、more than 3 years of supplier management experience, procurement bidding work experience is preferred;3、Telecommunication or engineering background；4、proficient in Excel;5、Bachelor's degree or above.
