Role Description The Unique Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in El Mansoura. The role involves promoting Marcyrl’s specialty pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and key decision-makers, and providing accurate, up-to-date medical and product information. The representative will plan and execute regular field visits, organize scientific meetings or product presentations, and monitor market trends and competitor activities. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and coverage targets, ensuring proper product availability, collecting feedback from the market, and reporting activities and insights to the relevant manager. The role also requires adherence to ethical promotion standards and company compliance policies. Qualifications Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and internal teams. Proficiency in relationship building, negotiation, and customer service to support long-term partnerships and trust-based interactions. Solid organizational, time-management, and territory-planning abilities to manage visits, meetings, and reporting efficiently. Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market dynamics, interpret data, and propose practical commercial actions. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field. Previous experience as a medical representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred, especially in specialty care or hospital products. Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). High level of ethical conduct, adaptability, and resilience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
