KUWADICO is Hiring: Executive PMO Manager

If so, KUWADICO wants you.- We are seeking an exceptionally organized, sharp, and persistent Executive PMO Manager to serve as the central coordination and execution resource for our Managing Director.
- In this high-visibility role, you won't just track projects you will shape the culture of ownership across the entire organization, ensuring that Board resolutions and executive decisions are seamlessly translated into action.
What You’ll Do:
- Govern the Group Action Tracker: Maintain complete visibility over strategic initiatives, operational milestones, investments, and Board actions.- Bridge Strategy & Action: Convert executive directives and management decisions into structured, fully-owned action plans.- Drive Accountability: Follow up rigorously with department heads (Finance, Real Estate, Legal, HR, Operations) to challenge delays and unblock risks.- Inform Executive Leadership: Design and present weekly/monthly dashboards that give the Managing Director absolute clarity on project progress and areas requiring intervention.
What We’re Looking For:- Experience: 5–8 years of proven success in a PMO, management consulting, business transformation, or Executive Office environment.- Background: Preference will be given to candidates coming from Big 4 Advisory/Consulting firms, top-tier strategy functions, or large-scale real estate holding and investment companies.
Credentials: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management. A PMP certification is highly preferred.
