Talent360 توظف مهندس BIM صغير المستوى، دوري هو دعم فريق BIM في إنشاء المنظومات الرقمية للمباني وإدارتها وتنسيقها. ستعمل بالتعاون الوثيق مع المهندسين الكبار والتخصصات المختلفة لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة. تشمل المسؤوليات الأساسية: النمذجة ثلاثية الأبعاد: بناء وتطوير النماذج المعمارية باستخدام أدوات BIM (خصوصاً Revit). تنسيق النماذج: المساعدة في محاذاة النماذج المعمارية مع الأنظمة الهيكلية والميكانيكية والكهربائية. اكتشاف التعارضات: تحديد والتبليغ عن التعارضات بين الأنظمة باستخدام أدوات مثل Navisworks. التعاون ضمن الفريق: العمل مع مهندسي BIM الكبار وفرق المشروع للحفاظ على نماذج دقيقة ومحدثة. الدعم الفني: مساعدة الفرق في حل مشكلات BIM وتحسين سير العمل.

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent360 is hiring Junior BIM Architect Engineer, your role is to support the BIM team in creating, managing, and coordinating digital building models. You ll be working closely with senior engineers and different disciplines to ensure smooth project execution. Key responsibilities include: 3D Modeling: Build and develop architectural models using BIM tools (mainly Revit). Model Coordination: Help align architectural models with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. Clash Detection: Identify and report conflicts between systems using tools like Navisworks. Team Collaboration: Work with senior BIM engineers and project teams to maintain accurate and updated models. Technical Support: Assist teams in solving BIM-related issues and improving workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Architectural Engineering. 0 2 years (fresh grads are welcome). Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) Basic knowledge of Navisworks (for clash detection) Familiarity with Dynamo (a plus for automation) Solid 3D modeling ability Attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills
