الأدوار والمسؤوليات
إدارة والإشراف على فريق صيانة الإنتاج، وتحديد مؤشرات أداء رئيسية واضحة لوقت تشغيل الماكينات، وتحديد المسؤوليات الفنية، ومراقبة أداء الورديات لتقليل متوسط وقت الإصلاح (MTTR). تطوير قدرات الفريق من خلال تدريب تقني مستهدف خصوصاً في منطق PLC، الروبوتات، الهيدروليكيات والهوائية، مع تحديد فجوات المهارات لضمان قدرة الفريق على التعامل مع الأنظمة الآلية المعقدة. قيادة تنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية (CBM) والتCorrective بشكل خاص لأصول التصنيع، ماكينات CNC، خطوط التجميع، والأدوات المتخصصة لضمان جاهزية العمل على مدار 24/7. الإشراف على تقديم مرافق إنتاج حاسمة (الهواء المضغوط، البخار عالي الضغط، تبريد صناعي، وتوزيع الطاقة) على مستوى الماكينة، لضمان اتساق الإمداد وكفاءة الطاقة من خلال الإدارة المباشرة أو اتفاقيات مستوى خدمة البائعين. قيادة الالتزام الصارم بمعايير التصنيع ومنهجيات اللين، مع العمل كقائد للنهج Lean Total Productive Maintenance (LTPM) لتعزيز صيانة يقودها المشغلين وثقافة التحسين المستمر. رصد كفاءة المعدات الكلية (OEE) وأداء العملية في الوقت الفعلي؛ تحديد الاختناقات، تقليل معدل الخردة، وتنفيذ حلول هندسية لتحسين الإنتاجية وكفاءة زمن الدورة.
المرشح المثالي
التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (الميكانيكية، الكهربائية، أو الميكاترونيكس).
الخبرة: أكثر من 3 سنوات خبرة في قيادة صيانة أو دور تقني رفيع، من المفضل بشدة وجود خلفية قوية في صناعة السيارات أو أنظمة الأسلاك.
اللغة: إتقان كامل للغة الإنجليزية كمحترف؛ يجب القدرة على توثيق العمليات التقنية والتواصل بشكل فعال مع الإدارة.
المهارات الأساسية: الإدارة التقنية: قدرة مثبتة على قيادة فنيي الصيانة وتنسيق قوائم المهام المعقدة. أدوات LTPM واللين: خبرة عملية في تطبيق Lean Total Productive Maintenance لتقليل فترات التعطل. تنسيق مع الموردين: مهارة في إدارة مقدمي الخدمات الخارجيين والمتعاقدين الفنيين.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the Production Maintenance team, setting clear KPIs for machine uptime, defining technical responsibilities, and monitoring shift performance to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Develop team capabilities through targeted technical training specifically in PLC logic, robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics identifying skill gaps to ensure the team can handle complex automated systems. Lead the execution of preventive, predictive (CBM), and corrective maintenance specifically for manufacturing assets, CNC machinery, assembly lines, and specialized tooling to ensure 24/7 operational readiness. Oversee the delivery of critical production utilities (compressed air, high-pressure steam, industrial cooling, and power distribution) at the machine level, ensuring supply consistency and energy efficiency through direct management or vendor SLAs. Drive strict adherence to manufacturing standards and Lean methodologies, serving as the lead for Lean Total Productive Maintenance (LTPM) to foster operator-led maintenance and continuous improvement culture. Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and real-time process performance; identify bottlenecks, reduce scrap rates, and implement engineering solutions for enhanced throughput and cycle-time optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics).
Experience: +3 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or senior technical role, Strong background in the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.
Language: Full Professional English Proficiency ; must be able to document technical processes and communicate effectively with management.
Core Skills: Technical Management: Proven ability to lead maintenance technicians and coordinate complex task lists. LTPM & Lean Tools: Practical experience in implementing Lean Total Productive Maintenance to reduce downtime. Vendor Coordination: Skilled in managing external service providers and technical contractors.
