JOB TITLE
Emp Life Cycle Associate | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions
ROLE SUMMARY
The ELC Associate supports employee lifecycle transactions and HR operations, ensuring accurate employee data management, record maintenance, and data security. The role handles escalated HR inquiries, resolves operational issues, and processes day-to-day HR transactions in compliance with company policies. Additionally, the associate provides guidance and support to less experienced team members.
ROLE PROFILE

• Participates in the ongoing development, implementation and maintenance of workforce administration (human capital) operations.
• Provides assistance to onshore P&O and MAF employees with respect to transactional inquires and issues involving the daily transactions.
• Responds to routine questions about Employee Central (SuccessFactors) and procedures related to it.
• Responsible for the accurate data entry of HR information, new hire processing, job data changes, terminations, unemployment tracking, etc.
• Processes employee data changes and corrections as requested or as needed through data integrity audits.
• Answers escalated inquiries from internal and external clients
• Conducts regular audits to review HR data and records for accuracy and completeness , monitors record keeping and data entry procedures for accuracy.
• Participates, as required, in other department projects. Performs other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
• None required, internship or experience in a HR services environment desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
• Strong Time Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
