Role Description The Front Desk team member is responsible for welcoming students and visitors, answering inquiries, and providing clear information about courses, schedules, and policies. This on-site role, based in Az Zaqāzīq, includes managing phone calls, emails, and walk-in requests, as well as maintaining student records and assisting with registrations and payments. The role also involves coordinating classroom schedules, supporting instructors with administrative needs, and ensuring that the reception area is well-organized and presentable. This is a full-time position that requires consistent attendance, collaboration with colleagues, and a strong commitment to student and visitor experience. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with students, parents, and staff. Administrative and organizational skills, including managing records, handling basic documentation, and coordinating schedules. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, office software, simple databases) and willingness to learn new systems. Fluency in spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is an advantage. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer-facing roles in education or service sectors is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Az Zaqāzīq and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. High school diploma required; further education in administration, business, or related fields is a plus.
