Duties & Responsibilities Receive project design from direct manager and ensure adherence to Egyptian Construction Code and report discrepancies to direct manager and project planning & control Prepare Technical drawings for the project submission Amend design as needed to comply with Egyptian Construction Code Calculate measurements specifications and generate draft designs to be sent to direct manager Integrate any changes needed after MEP & Structural input to ensure effective design and issue final draft Handle any design issues reported by site managers by integrating needed amendments. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree Architecture3-6 years experience as Technical Office Architect Strong experience in construction drawings and technical documentation Experience working on commercial, residential, or fit-out projects Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations Advanced use of Microsoft Office mainly PPT; Revit, Auto CAD, Photoshop
