Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels. Coordinate logistics, transportation, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with sales, production, and operations teams to ensure supply availability. Manage warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM are an advantage. Experience Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related functions. At least 3–5 years of managerial experience.
