Salem Pack is a fast-growing Egyptian manufacturer specializing in paper cups, paper bowls, PET cups, and food packaging solutions. We are expanding our manufacturing operations and are looking for an exceptional Finance Manager to work directly with the Founder & CEO.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong manufacturing background to oversee the company’s finance function, build financial systems, provide strategic insights, and deliver accurate daily financial reports to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all accounting and finance operations.* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports for the CEO.* Monitor daily cash flow, bank balances, collections, and supplier payments.* Develop and maintain accurate product costing and profitability analysis.* Control inventory valuation and manufacturing costs.* Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.* Ensure compliance with Egyptian accounting standards, tax regulations, and VAT requirements.* Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting systems.* Work closely with production, purchasing, sales, and management to improve profitability.* Supervise and develop the finance team.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.* 7–10+ years of accounting and finance experience.* Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment.* Strong experience in cost accounting and inventory control.* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.* Experience with ERP systems.* Excellent analytical and leadership skills.* Fluent English is preferred.
