Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time role based in Qesm 2nd Shubra El Kheima, The person in this role will oversee the end-to-end HR function, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee life-cycle management. Daily responsibilities include managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle performance management processes, support managers with coaching and employee relations matters, and lead initiatives that promote engagement, well-being, and a positive workplace culture. The role also includes managing compensation and benefits administration, coordinating training and development activities, and preparing HR reports and analytics to support business decisions. Collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams will be essential to align HR practices with Tessuto’s strategic goals. Qualifications Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Proficiency in HR policy development, compliance with local labor laws, and handling contracts, documentation, and HR records. Experience in training and development, coaching managers, and supporting career progression and talent management. Skills in compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR data reporting and analytics. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams. Comfort with HRIS and common office software; ability to use digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and remote collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage. Previous experience in a manufacturing or textiles environment is a plus, along with fluency in English and Arabic. Experience:3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR Management or Senior HR Generalist role. Direct experience within the manufacturing or textile sector is highly advantageous.
