Key Responsibilities:
Collect, validate, and analyze data related to production, inventory and planning. Analyze production efficiency, machine utilization, waste, downtime, and productivity trends. Monitor quality indicators and identify root causes of performance gaps. Support forecasting and capacity planning through data analysis. Generate insights to optimize cost, lead time, and operational processes. Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain teams to support data-driven decisions. Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management. Ensure data integrity and maintain reporting standards.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools. Experience in ERP systems . Basic knowledge of Python is an advantage. Understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, and planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is preferred.
