About the Role:We are seeking a highly productive, analytical, and passionate Social Media Specialist & Community Moderator to join our team at Innovalz.

Key Responsibilities:-Organic Growth & Lead Generation: Develop and execute organic marketing strategies that actively generate leads and attract new clients for our company and our diverse portfolio of clients.
-Strategic Community Moderation: Manage and grow online communities across all platforms, ensuring engagement translates into measurable business growth.
-Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for both Innovalz and our clients (covering Egypt and the GCC region).
-Reporting & Analytics: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) to create comprehensive monthly reports, tracking KPIs and conversion success.
-Multi-Client Portfolio Management: Simultaneously handle multiple client accounts across different industries smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements & Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a social media specialist/moderator, specifically within Marketing & IT Agencies.
-Organic Expertise: Must have a proven portfolio or track record of successfully attracting clients and generating leads using organic social media strategies.
-Location: Must be a resident of 6th of October City (Preference will be given to candidates living near 1st District).
-Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of consumer behavior and trends in both the Egyptian and Gulf (GCC) markets.
-Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Power Point).
-Power Skills: High productivity, exceptional ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple client portfolios simultaneously.
-Language: Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
