Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Retail Salesperson, located in Al Manşūrah. The Senior Retail Salesperson will handle a wide array of responsibilities, including engaging with customers to understand their needs, demonstrating product expertise to guide purchasing decisions, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing store operations, assisting in inventory organization, and ensuring a clean and welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Retail Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong knowledge of products relevant to the store's domain Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive customer experiences Adept at building and maintaining relationships with both customers and team members Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment Previous experience in a senior sales or supervisory role is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or a related field is a plus
