Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tender Manager – HV Substations & Control Protection, located in Qesm El Doki. The Tender Manager will lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders for HV substation and control protection projects. Key responsibilities include drafting detailed technical and financial proposals, reviewing project specifications, coordinating with stakeholders, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with tender requirements. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to deliver competitive and high-quality proposals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Electrical Design and Electricity systems Strong foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Power Systems Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines Effective communication and team collaboration skills Knowledge of HV substations and control protection systems is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required Previous tender management experience within the energy or power systems sector is an advantage
