Role Description – Civil Site Engineer (Full-time, On-site, Hurghada):The Site Civil Engineer will:
* Oversee daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.* Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors and monitor site progress.* Resolve technical issues and report on timelines and resource needs.* Review and interpret civil engineering designs and inspect work quality.* Verify quantities for materials and completed work.* Support planning, scheduling, documentation, and approvals.* Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of professional site-based civil engineering experience, preferably in residential, commercial, or industrial projects.* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.* Skills in site planning, scheduling, and coordination.* Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage, grading, and site utilities.* Familiarity with construction codes, quality control, and health & safety regulations.* Proficiency in Auto CAD and MS Office.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.* Experience in Egyptian projects or similar markets is a plus.
