Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Instructor role based in Giza. The English Instructor will plan and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons that support learners at different proficiency levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and materials, teaching group and individual classes, assessing learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. The instructor will also contribute to curriculum enhancement, participate in training or team meetings, and support community activities and events that promote English usage and skill development. Collaboration with colleagues and consistent classroom management are essential to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
Strong English Teaching, Teaching, and Language Teaching skills to design and deliver effective lessons. Background or education in Education and related fields to support sound pedagogical practices. Competence in Writing to prepare learning materials, assessments, and clear feedback. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Previous experience teaching English to groups or individuals, preferably in a classroom or community setting. Ability to manage diverse classrooms, motivate learners, and adapt methods to different learning styles. Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) are an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and a learner-focused mindset. Willingness to work on-site in Giza and participate in occasional community events or activities.
