Implementation and development of preventive maintenance plans and methods.
Analysis of down time and machine breakdown.
Adjustment of inspection machines during job change.
Coordinate activities with all other departments.
Improvement of efficiency.
Reduction of energy consumption.
Develop an effective training plan for all department staff members and ensure its execution.  
Coordinate activities with maintenance sub-contractors.
Improvement of electric supply systems, control systems and inspection machines.
Design and implementation of process experiments.
Facilitate the introduction of new processes, products and technologies.
Ensures the appropriate and fair execution of the performance appraisal process among the electrical maintenance department staff.
Ensures effective communication and coordination among the electrical maintenance staff within the department and other departments.
 • Ensures that all the department expenses are within the range of the departmental budget.
• Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring the effectiveness of the department.
