◼️ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).

◼️ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

◼️ Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.

◼️ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

◼️ Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

◼️ 4-6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.

◼️ Proven experience hiring for the banking or financial services sector is a must.

◼️ Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.

◼️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

◼️ Fluent English is required.
