We're looking for a driven, people-first junior sales executive to join our team and grow with us from day one.
What you'll do: Reach out to potential clients and generate new leads through calls, emails, and visits Present Hammer's services and booth design solutions to prospective exhibitors Follow up on inquiries and manage your own pipeline Coordinate with the design team to align client needs with proposed solutions Prepare quotes and assist in closing deals Maintain client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Report sales activity and progress to senior management What we're looking for Fresh graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English Confident, self-motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone Ability to learn quickly and handle rejection professionally Organised, detail-oriented, and punctual Interest in events, exhibitions, or B2B services is a plus No prior experience required — we train you
