JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to lead the growth and long-term success of the brand in Egypt by turning consumer insight into impactful strategies, innovations, and marketing experiences. As Brand Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the brand s future, strengthening its relevance with consumers, and delivering sustainable business results. You will be part of a collaborative team that believes in doing meaningful work that improves everyday life for people and contributes positively to society.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy for Egypt, aligned with market trends, consumer needs, and business ambition.
- Own end-to-end brand performance, including revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, product mix, and marketing investment.
- Drive portfolio and innovation pipelines to unlock growth opportunities and address unmet consumer needs.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that are insight-led, locally relevant, and scalable.
- Translate consumer and shopper insights into clear action plans through close partnership with research teams.
- Monitor market performance, share trends, and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with product development teams to deliver superior products aligned with category trends.
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure strong in-market execution and successful launches.
- Collaborate with finance and global marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and disciplined budget management.

- Proven experience in brand or marketing management with ownership of strategy and execution.
- Strong commercial understanding including budget and performance management.

- Experience working with regional or global teams.
