As a Commercial Insurance Policy Reviewer / Processor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of insurance policy servicing for our clients in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Review incoming commercial insurance binders and policies for completeness and accuracy Process endorsements and order necessary changes to insurance policies Utilize carrier portals and agency management systems to service commercial insurance policies Maintain organized records using document management systems Collaborate with team members to resolve policy discrepancies and ensure timely processing Work with Microsoft Excel to track and report policy data

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of commercial insurance experience across commercial lines Experience reviewing commercial insurance binders and policies Experience processing commercial insurance endorsements Experience using carrier portals for commercial insurance policy servicing Experience using AMS360 and document management systems Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel English proficiency at CEFR C1 level Availability to work during Eastern Time business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using Applied Epic for insurance policy servicing
