Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Agent supporting a UK account, located in Giza. The Travel Agent will handle customer inquiries related to travel reservations, provide excellent customer service, manage travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and car rentals, and help customers plan their trips. Additionally, the role includes recommending travel packages, upselling when appropriate, and providing accurate and timely information to clients.
Qualifications Strong skills in handling Reservations and coordinating Travel Arrangements Proven experience in Customer Service and Sales for travel and hospitality industries Familiarity with Car Rental processes and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients Proficiency in using travel booking systems and related technology A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work varied shifts and a high degree of professionalism Prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage
