Role Description
This is a full-time senior role in Employee Engagement & Internal Communication at COB Solution. The position is based on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves developing and managing employee engagement initiatives, enhancing internal communication strategies, ensuring HR policies are communicated effectively, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Key responsibilities include addressing employee relations matters, monitoring performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement strategies Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and Performance Management systems Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster team collaboration Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry Experience in creating and implementing engagement and communication frameworks
