Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Qesm El Maadi. The Referral Specialist will be responsible for managing patient referrals, coordinating with insurance providers to obtain prior authorizations, and ensuring accurate documentation. Additional tasks include verifying insurance coverage, addressing patient inquiries, maintaining a strong focus on customer service, and ensuring efficient communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers Experience with Prior Authorization processes and knowledge of Medical Terminology Familiarity with health Insurance procedures and claims processing Detail-oriented mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in using healthcare management software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration are advantageous
