Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Lawyer role based in Heliopolis. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting compliance and legal processes, conducting legal research, and assisting with dispute resolution. The role involves liaising with internal teams to provide legal guidance, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and preparing legal documentation. The individual will also contribute to policy development and corporate governance efforts.
Qualifications
Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts Experience in compliance procedures and corporate governance Strong legal research and analytical skills Knowledge of dispute resolution and litigation processes Ability to interpret and apply local and international laws relevant to the IT sector Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic Bachelor's degree in Law and a license to practice law in Egypt Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
