Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with good English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about services, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
  • Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer requests effectively
