Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting and selling products or services. The role entails providing exceptional customer service, managing client inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience during all interactions. Additionally, the Telesales Agent will participate in ongoing training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets Willingness to participate in Training and continuous learning Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus Previous experience in telesales or a related field is an advantage
