As a Digital Learning Sales Specialist, you’ll manage your own client projects end-to-end: from identifying new opportunities, conducting high-impact sales presentations, and supporting content integration, to ensuring seamless client experience and long-term partnerships.
Job Description
- Research and identify potential clients across the region (beyond LinkedIn).
- Expand and maintain the client database on a daily basis.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations (following LEORON’s 7-Step Pitch), schedule demos, and support LMS/eLearning implementation.
- Communicate with clients across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship building.
- Conduct thorough market research to map opportunities, competitors, and target groups.
- Collaborate with external LMS/content providers and internal L&D teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Evaluate emerging digital learning technologies to continuously improve training solutions.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and strengthen LEORON’s market position.
