Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to lead the full payroll function while ensuring strong alignment with the company’s benefits and total rewards schemes. This role is responsible for accurate monthly payroll execution, full compliance with Egyptian labor, tax, and social insurance regulations, and the integration of compensation and benefits policies into the payroll structure. The ideal candidate will combine deep payroll expertise with a solid understanding of total rewards components, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and consistency across all compensation practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, taxes, and social insurance contributions.
  • Ensure payroll is fully aligned with the company’s benefits and total rewards structure, including allowances, medical insurance, mobile policy, variable pay components, and any company-wide reward programs.
  • Review and audit monthly payroll cycles to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Oversee personnel data entry and ensure that all employee movements “hiring, termination, transfers, promotions” are reflected accurately in both payroll and benefits plans.
  • Develop and maintain standardized salary structures, grading alignment, and benefits mapping in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Monitor and administer company benefits programs, ensuring correct eligibility, deductions, and reimbursements within payroll.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Egyptian labor law, income tax laws, and social insurance regulations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions.
  • Act as the primary liaison with labor offices, tax authorities, social insurance offices, and external auditors.
  • Generate regular payroll and compensation analytics to support HR decision-making, workforce cost planning, and budgeting.
  • Continuously enhance payroll and total rewards processes through automation, system improvements, and policy updates.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits-related policies, providing guidance to management and employees.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.7–10 years of progressive experience in payroll management with exposure to compensation and benefits or total rewards functions.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll taxation, social insurance, and benefits administration.Proven experience interacting with tax authorities, labor offices, and social insurance offices.Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems is essential.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with salary structures, benefits schemes, and cost modeling.High accuracy, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential data.
