Lead end-to-end process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality frameworks.
Map current processes (As-Is) and design improved workflows (To-Be).
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of waste across operations.
Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Define KPIs and performance metrics for business processes.
Monitor process performance and generate dashboards and continuous improvement reports.
Present findings and recommendations to management

Ensure processes comply with internal policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and update SOPs, process documentation, and guidelines.
Support audits and follow up on action plans.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, IT, Finance).
Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and Kaizen events.
Provide coaching to team members on process improvement methodology.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
