  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within assigned facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of MEP-related projects and repairs.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, maintenance logs, and compliance documentation.
  • Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices in line with company objectives.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, renovations, and new installations.
  • Ensure all MEP activities adhere to relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Support the training and development of junior staff and technicians.
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to deliver integrated service excellence.
